  • Washroom Attendant(s) & Housekeeper(s)

The primary responsibility of these position(s) is to maintain a physical presence throughout the public/staff washrooms, ensuring that the areas are kept clean, fully stocked and free of debris. You must possess excellent internal and external customer service skill are required to be displayed at all times

The position requires that you must be 19 years of age and have the ability to obtain an AGCO License and 2 Work References. The shifts required are any day / any shift.

  • 1st Wok/Noodle Bar Cook(s)

In this role your primary responsibility is to prepare food for the buffet, a la carte menu, cafeteria and catering events according to specifications and guests requests, ensuring proper food presentation and garnishments on dishes. You will collaborate with the 3rd cook to ensure all food items are prepared under the supervision of the Sous Chef and Kitchen Manager, control food waste and spoilage

This position requires a minimum of 4-5 years progressive culinary experience in a large kitchen. You must be at least 19 years of age, have the ability to obtain a clean Criminal Background Check and 2 Work References. The shifts required are any day / any shift.

  • Café Attendant

The primary responsibility of this position is to prepare items pertaining to cafeteria and quick serve menus, coordinate with the kitchen for the readiness of the food and pick up. You will also have to organize the cafeteria, ensuring stock is full, and tables are clean. As well as the ability to understand the POS system

This position requires experience in a restaurant. The position also requires that you must be 19 years of age and have the ability to obtain an AGCO License and 2 Work References. The shifts required are any day / any shift.

  • Steward

The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area at all times, maintain cleanliness of dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, any related items. You will also be responsible to sweep, mop and garbage removal.

This position requires that you are 19 years of age, a High School diploma, a clean Criminal Background Check and 2 Work References. The shifts required are any day / any shift.

  • Hostess

The primary responsibility of this position is to greet and welcome guests in a timely, genuine and friendly manner. Manage cue into the restaurant and accommodate and move tables for special requirements. You must have the ability to understand the POS system

This position requires 1 year experience in food and beverage, you must be Smart Serve certified. The position also requires that you must be 19 years of age and have the ability to obtain an AGCO License and 2 Work References. The shifts required are any day / any shift.

  • 1st Cook | Asian Cuisine

In this role your primary responsibility is to prepare Asian Cuisine and specialty menu items according to specifications and guests requests, ensuring proper food presentation and garnishments on dishes. Collaborate with the 3rd cook to ensure all food items are prepared under the supervision of the Sous Chef and Kitchen Manager as well as control Food waste and spoilage

This position requires that you be 19 years of age, have a minimum of 4-5 years progressive culinary experience, preferably in Asian Cuisine in a large kitchen, the ability to obtain a clean Criminal Background Check and 2 Work References. The shifts required are any day / any shift.

  • 3rd Cook(s)

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide assistance to First Cook and Kitchen Supervisor in daily food preparation duties. Prepare, set up and tear down the buffet as instructed. Prepare salads, sandwiches, dressings, vegetables, fruits and other food items in accordance with specific recipes

This position requires that you be 19 years of age, have a minimum of 1-2 year kitchen experience in a fast paced environment the ability to obtain a clean Criminal Background Check and 2 Work References. The shifts required are any day / any shift.
